The complete and latest list will be displayed on the payment page at the time of checkout.
Is cryptocurrency payment safe?
Yes. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through a secure, industry-grade payment infrastructure that follows strict security standards. Transactions are encrypted, monitored, and validated on the blockchain — ensuring a safe and transparent payment experience.
What does “Exact Amount” mean in cryptocurrency payments?
Our payment policy follows a strict Exact Amount acceptance rule. This means the amount you send must exactly match the amount shown on the payment page. Payments that are short or in excess are not accepted as final.
What happens if I pay less than the required amount (Short Payment)?
If you make a Short Payment (or Underpayment):
- You will see a pop-up notification informing you that the payment is short.
- You will also receive an email notification requesting you to make a top-up for the remaining amount.
- Your payment will remain in a “Short Payment” status until resolved.
How much time do I have to make a top-up for a Short Payment?
You have 24 hours from the time of payment to make the required top-up. This time limit is part of our payment acceptance criteria.
What happens if I don’t make the top-up within 24 hours?
If the Short Payment is not completed within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and the paid amount will be refunded to the original payer automatically.
Will my payment be accepted if it is even $1 short?
No. Under our “NoUnderOver” account setting, even a payment that is $1 short will not be accepted as a completed transaction and will follow the Short Payment workflow.
What is the “NoUnderOver” payment setting?
NoUnderOver is a payment policy setting where:
- Only the exact amount is accepted.
- Short Payments require a top-up within 24 hours.
- Excess amounts (Overpayments) are refunded automatically.
This ensures accuracy, transparency, and fair processing for all users.
What happens if I pay more than the required amount (Excess Amount)?
If you send an Excess Amount (or Overpayment):
- The extra amount will not be accepted.
- The extra amount will be refunded to the payer automatically.
Only the exact payable amount is considered valid.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated automatically once the payment status is confirmed as “refundable” (for example, unresolved Short Payments or Excess Amounts). The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on the blockchain network and wallet provider used.
What happens if my cryptocurrency payment fails midway?
If a payment fails midway or is not confirmed on the blockchain:
- The transaction will not be marked as successful.
- No order confirmation will be generated.
Any confirmed amount (if applicable) will follow the refund process as per policy.
Can I make a part payment using cryptocurrency and pay the remaining amount by card?
Yes. Part payment is supported. You may complete a portion of the payment using cryptocurrency and pay the remaining balance using a card, as instructed during checkout or via the payment notification email.
Will I be notified about my payment status?
Yes. You will receive:
- Pop-up notifications during the payment process
- Email notifications to a registered account for Short Payments, top-up requests, confirmations, and refunds
This ensures you are informed at every stage of the payment workflow.
